Product Description
The spinning process starts with chip slicing. The master batch is customized after color matching and provided by internationally renowned chemical companies such as Avant.. On site sampling is conducted on the production line after material feeding for color verification using testing equipment. Once qualified, bulk production is carried out. After POY production is completed , it undergoes quality inspection and balancing before being sent to the texturing workshop for stretching . After inspectionisne situndng the product is packaged and ready for shipment as finished goods.
For further processing, it goes through air texturing, shaping, and winding to complete the entire production process of HS-DTY. This product has higher elasticity compared to ordinary polyester filament.
