This process disperses, curls and entangles the filaments composing the POY yarn, which gives DTY a fluffy appearance and gives it the properties of both natural fiber and synthetic fiber. It is the most used texturing process in the textile industry owing to the numerous advantages associated with it including its ability to process continuous-Filament yarns of different types of polymer and not only thermoplastics. Draw textured yarn can be manufactured in various colors by implementing the dope-eyed technology.Further, many heating techniques are used to make the yarns suitable for specific applications.DTY is typically used to produce fabrics and textiles for high-end apparel, high-end sportswear, high-end sports shoes, high-end sports bags, home furnishings,seat covers,zipper tapes and more .
