The Yarn grade or Textile grade PET chips are available in Super Bright (BR Chips), Semi Dull (SD Chips), Cationic Semi Dull and Cationic Super Bright PET Chips (CD Chips). The process of making PET Chips consists of mixing a thermoplastic polyester-resin material with an alumina tri-hydrate (ATH) filler and with a pigment, if desired, in a heated extruder to produce a continues stream of thermoplastic agglomerate. This product is allowed to cool, then it is cut, ground and screened to a predetermined size, as required to meet the size characteristic of the desired resin chip product.

2.It is used in synthetic fibers, and engineering resins often in combination with glass fiber.

3.Beverage, food and other liquid containers.

This Virgin PET Resin for Mineral Water Bottle is featured by low heavy metal content, low content of acetaldehyde, good color value, stable viscosity, etc. With a unique process recipe and advanced production technology, the product possesses excellent processing features, low processing temperature, wide scope in processing, excellent transparency and high in finished product rate. In making bottles, the product has a small degradation and low content of acetaldehyde. While ensuring safety and hygiene, it can effectively keep the respectively unique taste of purified water, mineral water and distilled water.
