Composition: It usually takes wool and acrylic as the main raw materials, with common proportions such as 40% wool + 60% acrylic (like the "40% wool 60% Acrylic" mentioned earlier), and the ratio can also be adjusted according to needs. Wool provides natural warmth, softness, and hygroscopicity; acrylic (a synthetic fiber) enhances the yarn's fluffiness, wear resistance, wrinkle resistance, and dyeing stability, while reducing costs.
Bulky process: Through special treatments such as thermal stretching and setting of the fibers, more air gaps are formed inside the yarn, making it fluffy and light. This not only improves warmth retention but also makes the hand feel softer and fuller.
